Scan when you choose

The new Platform Checker extension lets you inspect the current public website with an explicit click. It sends the page URL without query strings or fragments. It does not upload page HTML or scan in the background.

Developer preview

Version 2 source is included in the project repository. This release has not been submitted to the Chrome Web Store.

1. Download the repository and open chrome://extensions.
2. Enable Developer mode, select Load unpacked, and choose the extension directory.
3. Open a public website, select the extension, and click Scan public URL.
4. Keep the popup open while the scan runs, then open the evidence report.

Extension scans are public. For private research, sign in and scan on the website.

The new behavior applies to version 2. Older versions may collect page content automatically; remove those versions before loading this preview.
